To Return a Product

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to help.

All returns require prior authorization from Kinglsey Park. To obtain a return authorization, please contact us or call toll-free 1-866-405-5592.

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less the shipping costs. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs

Personalized items cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Refused Shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to original and return shipping costs.
